The sole design is inspired by the hoof of an ibex, the best climber in nature and can find secure footing on the smallest ledge. The secret? The outer edge of their hoof is made of hard horn to give the animal a secure grip. The inside is soft pads that absorb and release pressure. So the BUCEFALO’s outer layer is made of hard rubber for optimal traction and secure hold. And the inner part is made of softer rubber for optimal grip on wet surfaces and impact absorption.
