Make Your Mark at Color the Bay

jwilson Events Chalk the Bay, Sturgeon Bay

Tap into your inner graffiti artist on our Sturgeon Bay sidewalk at Color the Bay on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Each participant will be given a square of sidewalk in front of our store and can let their imagination run wild. We’ll provide the chalk, you provide the creativity!

There are two divisions:

12-years-old and under (free)
13-years-old to 110-years-old ($10 registration fee)

All children in the 12 and under division will receive a participation prize. Judging for the 13+ division will take place after 2 PM. All proceeds will benefit a non-profit in Sturgeon Bay.

Check in starts at 9 AM and chalking will run from 9:30 AM – 2 PM.

Chalk the Bay is sponsored by Bay Shore Outfitters, Destination Sturgeon Bay, and The Gnoshery.

Join us for a 90-minute social paddle and then grab a beer or soda afterwards. First drink is on us!

kayak Events

Bay Shore’s BYOB (bring your own boat) offers a non-competitive way to enjoy the outdoors with like minded people. Kayak the open waters and inland lakes of Door County with old and new friends. Spend time paddling the waters less traveled in this place many of us call home.

This is open to the everyone who has a kayak (rentals also available at Bay Shore Outfitters) and is interested in exploring the water that surrounds Door County.
