Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

  • Items must be in their original condition with their original packaging.
  • Returns are allowed up to 60 days guarantee for a full refund.
  • After 60 days you will be issued a gift card for store credit.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on mail order items. We’ll ship back to you free of charge.

CLOTHING/ ACCESSORIES

  • All items must be unworn and include the original packaging/tags – no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell – please.
  • Once clothing/accessories have been worn and/or washed they cannot be returned or exchanged.

FOOTWEAR

  • Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging. Please try them around the inside of your house first.
  • Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.

MAIL ORDER RETURNS

  • Customer is responsible for mailing return back to store. Please include packing slip.
  • If return is for a refund, refund will be processed upon receipt of item.
  • If return is for an exchange, we will ship the new item back to you upon receipt of returned item.
